Here is a live cut from Cactus Flats, a wonderful family restaurant just north of

Fredrick, Md.           (https://www.facebook.com/pages/Cactus-Flats/158687354187225)

 

This instrumental was released by Bill Monroe and his Blue Grass Boys  in June,

1965.  Tony Rice and also The Front Porch String Band released Big Mon  in

1977, and The Lonesome River Band  in 1986.
