---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------FROM: Bob Allen (robertallen2@comcast.net)1986 Dick DeNeve resonator guitar (dobro) for sale. I have owned this dobro since it was new in 1986 and now I am ready to sell it. I don't play it anymore, and haven't in several years. Dick DeNeve is a custom builder from the Syracuse, NY area, and has been building and selling acoustic instruments for several years. This is a beautiful playing and sounding dobro, aged perfectly over 30 years of minimal playing. The condition is 9.9 of 10 and is in showroom condition. It is made of koa wood with a quarterman cone, and will hold it's own in any band setting. It is number 129, stamped on the back of the headstock, along with the builder's name. Plenty of volume for any situation. Comes with a custom hardshell case, and picks, capo, and bar if you want them. I have enjoyed this dobro a lot over the years, but someone else needs to own it now. Getting older now, you know, and time to thin the herd. The last time I talked to DeNeve was 4 or 5 years ago, and these models then were $1400. I'm looking for $1000 and I can drive to meet a serious buyer. If you're a dobro enthusiast or serious player looking for a dobro that will do the trick, this is it. 30 years old (new) coming from a smoke free environment. The pictures (see attachments) say all that needs to be said. Thanks for looking. If interested, contact Bob Allen at robertallen2@comcast.net.If you think you'd like to know more about DeNeve instruments, his e-mail is richard_d13132@yahoo.com. He has no website that I know of.Bob AllenSeaford, De
