I don't mean to alarm you, but this Friday, January 20, is the last day to submit nominations for the YEP-DC Membership Awards.
Why should you submit a nomination? That's easy. At the Membership Reception on Feb 2, we will turn the spotlight and honor YOU — the members of YEP-DC. We want to hear about the incredible teachers, researchers, leaders and volunteers amongst us and share their stories far and wide.
This is a chance to recognize your peers for their hard work. This is a chance to celebrate our collective accomplishments here in Washington, DC. This is a chance to elevate the value and importance of education, not only as a national priority but here in our own community as well.
So I encourage you, click here and submit a nomination for the first annual YEP-DC membership awards.
