[YEP-DC] YED-DC Adopt-A-School-Program

Hi Yeppers,

 

Building community is core to YEP-DC's mission, and we consider our relationships with the students and educators in our city to be tremendously valuable. That's why I'm excited to announce that, over the next year, we will be partnering with Payne Elementary School through the DCPS Adopt-A-School Program. 

This new partnership gives us an opportunity to give back to the DC education community through service projects, fundraisers, tutoring, and more.

 

To kick off our partnership, we are launching a fundraiser to help buy books for Payne Elementary students. You can take two actions now to help support this campaign:

• Consider donating $10, $20, or even $30 this holiday season to help Payne Elementary purchase new books;

• Then get your friends to donate! You can copy and paste the Tweet below to help spread the word.

As we expand the YEP-DC community and strengthen our relationships with the students and educators in our city, we are incredibly grateful to have you with us.
