[YEP-DC] New YEP-DC blog post: Have America's Seniors Stagnated for 40 Years?

The ed world was abuzz last month with the release of the 2015 results of the National Assessment of Educational Progress, as researchers, policymakers, and educators tried to parse the latest scores. And while many commentators jumped on the flat or declining scores for fourth and eighth graders, Recess's Phillip Burgoyne-Allen thinks there's a bigger story: the long-term performance of America's high school seniors, which has remained flat since the 1970s.
