This CD, a reissue of a 1987 vinyl album of original material, mostly featuring Seldom Scene

musicians.  This instrumental, Presidential Breakdown, was a Phil Rosenthal contribution.  All

cuts are entitled with Washington references, and so the title:  “Presidential Breakdown”.
