Songwriters & Music Lovers:
"I Don't Hurt Anymore" is a 1954 song by Hank Snow. It was written by Don
Robertson and Jack Rollins. I gravitated to Hank Snow because of his lovely voice,
often imitated on stage by Charlie Waller and the Country Gentlemen.
An excellent song, it was subsequently recorded by a host of singers like Tennessee
Ernie Ford, Hank Thompson, Merle Haggard, Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Dinah
Washington, Jerry Lee Lewis, Eddie Fisher, Bill Haley and the Comets, Faron Young,
and others.
My version was done with no edits, start of song to end in one recording, by the following
Rattlesnake Hill musicians:
Peter Sittner Bass
Ed Schaeffer Guitar and Vocal
